Hockey is defined as a serious and quite a tough game. Playing a hockey is an art and it has twelve players in one team. Hockey is also a national game of Pakistan that is quite rough and tough game. Hockey Is a sports which two teams compete by trying as an exercise with a ball or a heavy plastic disc. Field hockey is a game that happens among two teams and both the teams wants to hit the ball to attempt a score. The ball is pushed or hit by hockey sticks into an opposing field’s goal. Ice hockey and street hockey are other examples of hockey. Hockey is also an Olympic game that keeps its own value. The major athlete’s skills like balance, speed, power, body awareness, coordination and understanding of athletes, make the person able to enhance his capabilities of playing.
Hockey tips are necessary to learn before starting a hockey game that is why it needs some cautions before and during the game. The first tip before starting the game or to participate in a game, is to build confidence of playing in competition, with other party. In hockey fore head passing should not bend and swing the stick and keep the stick in contact with the hands, and back head by passing the ball front and pushing the sticks at back. Grip on sticks is must during the play, keep the right hand next to your left hand to grip the stick and tries to hit the ball in front of right foot. Both the knees should stay in the ground with strong grip to stick in the ground.
