The key to learn swimming is to treat water as a best buddy and it will help the swimmer to move. The objective of Swimming with no Stress is to develop association with the water.  Learning any skill, like swimming, is best taught under an instructor who can guide the student that where they are lacking and where they need improvement.

Once a person gets to know how to swim then it becomes fun and pleasure. Don’t bother about drowning; it is always better to go with someone they will save you form drowning. Just don’t get scared. Always keep in mind that the swimmer body is less dense as compared to the water, and thus help the body to float.

Selecting a best coach is necessary to be a good swimmer. By determining the best stroke, and applying the right practice, to nutritional and motivational aid, the swimming coach will be there to assist the swimmer in every step. Following are some tips to know how to swim:

First of all, one has to be relaxed in the water; begin in a right depth and never swim on your own. Swimming is only done if one knows how to float. So for this it is better to practice floating in different positions like a star and a streamline. The main point is to keep a level position in the water. The tip is that the feet, knees, hips, shoulders and arms must be all in line while floating.

Once a person is floating; add some kick. This might be freestyle kick, or breaststroke kick.

Now the next step is to make the arm strokes. Here one has to do breathing practice; the most vital point is that breathe in when the head is rolled out.

Roll the body to breathe rather than turn the head:

Remember that freestyle swimming is mostly done on both sides, rather than on front. Do some kicking on both left and right sides with one arm up and the other arm down in the water.

The harder one struggles to over come the difficulties in water, the less pleasing and helpful swimming becomes. Swimming without strain helps to learn to have faith in the water and it aids to move. So the more one practice the more quickly one will learn. So Practice, practice and practice! If one wishes to swim like a fish, one must spend time in the water.
